A World of Adventure

The world of Thorntop began life as a throwaway game idea when I bought my very first RPGMaker, XP. Immediately I began creating chaarcters and maps and having a great time peicing everything together. Eventually this resulted in Royal Knights, a perpetually unfinished work that did give me one thing.

And through her the world of Thorntop grew for me from a small adventure of this young woman becoming a Royal Knight, into a place with religions, races, histories and so many new people that I want to tell you all as many stories as I can.
I hope you all enjoy the fruits of my labours, and become as enchanted by the World of Thorntop as I am.

CORRUPTION : A HISTORY OF LESTIVE

Our story begins 370 years before the Lady Nyx and Prince Dag began their investigations into why the Country of Lestive was wiped off the map, forcing so many people to flee, and eventually start the new kingdom of Thorntop.
It begins in the snowy little village of Snowdrift, where a Paladin is suffering from an illness that is destroying him, and with the Alchemist who is trying to find the cure.
You play as Xen(name optional), an adventurer who is hired by the mayor of Snowdrift to be added protection for Zaheer, the Alchemist, as he travels the Northern Snowfields looking for ingredigents that could help in developing the cure.

A great rift has opened in the Witchfinders Keep, many have been sent to find out what has happened, and all have failed. You have been tasked by the king to investigate, entering the Keep to uncover the truth of A Witches Heart.

Will you be a Ninja Bull, or a Bull in a China Shop?
I wanted to try my hand at creating a modern, stealth game, but with some fun characters I would enjoy.
Enter Jean Valentino and Cidney Sheppard, an ex-military person and a much desired (and therefore much kidnapped) scientist respectively.
This game series gave me the chance to play with romance, stealth and menu customisation.
The most fun part is that you can choose your own gender, and the gender of your romantic partner, something I always loved playing with in games that allow me that option!

Play as Jean Valentino, an army Lieutenant due to leave the service asked on one final mission, to rescue Dr Cidney Sheppard from a militant group called AAG, Anarchists Against Governments.
BLUE LAB
Play as Jean Valentino, an ex-army Lieutenant turned Chief of Security at the Blue Labs, and return to your military training to once more save your genius wife/husband from the terrorist organisation who intend to use both them and their inventions to further their goals. After five years of peace remaster old weapons, take up new ones and using a combination of Stealth tatics and Puzzle solving (Hacking), protect the Blue Lab and all that lies within

Now for something completely different
Before I got into game making I started writing. My first ever published novel was Land in Mist, of which you might find a few copies floating around on Amazon. But I was young when that was published so there were many mistakes and the publisher did not help me understand the process or what could be done.

So I decided to self publish my next novel, and am in the process of writing 3 others. I will add them here with expected completeion dates for a total of four books. And hopefully one day I will be able to go back to that first book, that started it all and rewrite it to become the book it always should have been.
